Residential Drain Cleaning

Hydro-Jetting

One of the most effective ways to clear blockages, cut roots, or remove grease from drains. Unlike “cabling/snaking”, Hydro-Jetting utilizes high pressure water to remove the larger blockages in drains but is also much more effective than just poking a hole in a blockage like cabling does. Our Jetters pump out 18 gallons per minute and pump out up to 4000 PSI while doing so. We have the capability of reaching out up to 500’+ to remove blockages and return your drains to their proper functionality. These machines are also key in removing roots that penetrate your sewer systems and are able to cut them at the same time as flushing them downstream into the city main line. Many of our clients who don’t necessarily want their lines repaired will opt for this option and we do semi-annual visits to scope and Hydro-Jet to ensure your lines are flowing properly.

Cabling/Snaking

We offer cabling or snaking as many refer to it. When you have soft blockages in your drains these machines are fully capable of getting the blockage removed and getting your drains up and functioning. While it is not as effective as Hydro-Jetting, sometimes this is all your drain needs to get the flow going.

Picote Miller Machines

This specialty tool offers some of the cutting edge drain maintenance technology on the market. It has many uses but the main one we use it for is descaling and removing blockages like roots, concrete, tile or any other hard to remove products. The grinding chains we use allow us to remove scaling inside of cast iron/pvc lines and restore the lines to like new condition. Descaling the line allows the drains to perform like they were just installed and not allow products to get hung up in the drain line. This is an aggressive tool to use but certain jobs call for this and it does an incredible job at restoring existing lines.

Camera Inspections & Line Locating

This is an absolute must when having your drains snaked or Hydro-Jetted. This allows us to inspect the line before and after completing the job to ensure everything is flowing correctly. We utilize this tool during jobs to find the problematic area and make sure no further work is needed to repair the line. This tool allows us to properly diagnose why your lines are giving you issues. Sometimes it’s just a soft blockage but other times the issues are more serious like an item lodged in the line or a collapsed line. From there we review the camera footage and discuss the next steps with options. Camera inspections are also utilized during new home purchases, as there is nothing worse than buying a new home only to realize you have a collapsed line.
